How far in advance should I book my event?
To ensure we can create the perfect decorations for your event, we recommend placing your order at least 2-4 weeks in advance. This allows us ample time to customize and craft your balloon garlands, banners, and backdrops to your specifications. For last-minute requests, feel free to reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate!
How do I place an order for a custom balloon garland or decoration?
Placing an order with Unpopp'd is easy! Simply visit our website and navigate to the 'Custom Orders' section. From there, you can fill out a form with your details, including the type of decoration you want, your event date, and any specific design ideas you have in mind. Once submitted, our team will reach out to you to discuss your vision and confirm your order. If you have any questions along the way, feel free to contact us directly!
Do we have a cancellation policy?
At Unpopp'd, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of $50-$100, depending on the size of your gathering. We understand that plans can change, so if you get in touch with us at least 7 days before your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate any adjustments.
How long do our balloons last?
If stored indoors our balloon garlands and arrangements will last for weeks!
What types of events do you create decorations for?

Do we offer helium?
Currently, we don't offer balloons filled with helium. But fear not! We can suggest some fantastic options that will work perfectly for your event.
